Book your preferred time slot via Calendly. Need to change it? Open a ticket in Flecxi's Discord server and you'll get help rescheduling. Sessions run via Discord voice. You drive, Flecxi watches, and gives real-time feedback on your lines, setup, and racecraft. If he feels it would help, Flecxi may also jump into the session himself.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Absolutely, you can switch tiers anytime. Manage your plan directly on flecxi.com, or ask an admin in Flecxi's Discord server for help.
What if I leave Discord and rejoin?
Your role isn't lost. Head to your product page on Whop, open the Discord app, and claim access again with your linked Discord account, it'll resync your role automatically.

1. Who we are
Flecxi.com is a sim racing coaching and community service operated by Flecxi, competing under HYMO Racing. We offer subscription plans, 1:1 coaching sessions, and setup resources for sim racers.
2. What data we collect
We collect minimal data to operate the service:
Email address: when you subscribe, book a coaching session, or submit the contact form.
Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe and Whop. We never store your card details.
Discord account: your Discord username is used to assign roles after payment via Whop.
Cookies: we use a single cookie to remember that you've accepted this cookie notice. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
3. How we use your data
Your data is used solely to deliver the service: processing payments, granting Discord access, sending booking confirmations, and responding to contact form messages. We do not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties.
4. Third-party services
We use the following services to operate Flecxi.com:
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
6. Your rights

1. Who we are

2. Acceptance of these terms
By subscribing to a Flecxi.com plan, booking a coaching session, or otherwise using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
3. The service
Flecxi.com offers three subscription tiers (Hotlap, Qualifying, Race Pace) providing sim racing setups, Discord community access, and (on eligible tiers) 1:1 coaching sessions. Exact features per tier are listed on the Plans page and may be updated from time to time; material changes will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Whop and automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel at any time; once cancelled, your access remains active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and it will not renew or be charged again after that. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a period you've already paid for. Prices may change with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price. VAT is applied according to your country of residence, in line with EU digital services VAT rules.
5. Your right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer based in the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. However, because Flecxi.com provides digital content and services (Discord access, setups, coaching) that begin immediately upon subscribing, by subscribing you expressly request and consent to immediate access, and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has begun, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. If you do not wish to waive this right, please contact us before subscribing to discuss options.
6. 1:1 coaching sessions
Coaching sessions are booked via Calendly and paid via Stripe, and are only confirmed once payment is received. You can reschedule a session at any time by opening a ticket in Flecxi's Discord server. Sessions are non-refundable, but can always be moved to a new time slot.
7. No guaranteed results
Coaching and setups are intended to help you improve, but individual results depend on many factors outside our control (hardware, practice time, driving experience, track conditions). We do not guarantee specific lap times, race results, or skill outcomes.
8. Intellectual property
Setups, videos, and coaching materials provided through Flecxi.com are for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share paid content without prior written permission.
9. Community conduct
Access to the Flecxi Discord server is a part of the service and is subject to the server's own rules. We reserve the right to remove access for members who engage in harassment, abuse, or other conduct that harms the community, without obligation to refund remaining subscription time in cases of serious misconduct.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Flecxi.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and where reasonably possible, communicated to active subscribers.
